NatQuest SCM Genius Network - Terms and Conditions for Business Clients

Welcome to NatQuest SCM Genius Network (“NatQuest”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your business's use of NatQuest's platform as a client (“Client”) seeking supply chain and procurement expertise and services. By registering as a Business Client on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Account

1.1. Your business entity must be duly registered and authorized to enter into contractual agreements.

1.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and promptly update your business profile if any changes occur.

1.3. Your business's account is personal to your organization and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Client Services

2.1. As a Business Client, your organization may access and engage with Experts on the NatQuest platform to receive supply chain and procurement expertise.

2.2. Your organization has the right to choose from a pool of experienced Experts based on its specific needs.

2.3. You acknowledge that NatQuest may collect fees from your organization for using the platform, as outlined in our fee schedule.

3. GDPR and Data Protection

3.1. Your organization agrees to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.2. Your organization will protect any personal data shared with you by Experts and follow NatQuest's data protection policies.

4. Indemnity and Liability

4.1. NatQuest does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by Experts. Your organization's interactions with Experts are its responsibility.

4.2. NatQuest shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your organization's engagement with Experts on the platform.

5. Business Protection

5.1. Your organization agrees not to use or disclose any confidential information obtained from Experts through the platform for purposes other than those related to its supply chain and procurement needs.

5.2. Your organization shall not solicit Experts on the NatQuest platform for services outside the platform.

6. Termination

6.1. NatQuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your organization's account if it violates these Terms, without refund of any fees.

6.2. Your organization may terminate its account at any time by notifying NatQuest.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. NatQuest may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify your organization of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
